I can't believe it's already August. The bootcamp is still going well. End of the summer celebration will be August 22nd. I just found out they are going to continue a morning program after school starts, so I don't think this is going to be a summer only thing anymore. Right now, they are still planning on doing 6am Mon - Thurs. Some women are voting for a 5:45am start-time - I'm hoping we stick with 6am. I can barely make it on time as is.
Here are my latest results:
Push-ups in 1 min: 48 - same as original with correct form!
Sit-ups in 1 min: 75 - improved by 10
2mile run: 19min 30 secs - I've shaved 50sec from my last PT test.
I'm pretty psyched. I don't think I have finished a two-mile run sub 20min since pre-kids. Not bad, not bad.
So, how am I feeling... pretty good now. I think the waking up is starting to feel more routine, and I'm not walking around super sore everyday - just once a week or so. I only lost a couple of pounds, but I'm feeling more tone, my pants are fitting looser, and my arms have more definition.
