PT test results - July 1, 2008

Well, it's been 3 weeks since my last PT test. I shouldn't have blogged my first results, b/c now I feel obligated to blog every test.

Here you go...
push-ups in 1 min: 43 (I went backwards by 5 push-ups, but last time I don't think I had good form. I was not going down as low as I did this time - so, I would say this time I did it properly)
sit-ups in 1 min: 65 - maintained same
2mile run: 20min 20 secs - here is the real payback - I've shaved off a 1min and 10 sec from my last run only 3 weeks ago.

So, how am I feeling... tired, but good tired. I'm sore sometimes and sometimes just sleepy, but I feel really proud of myself with the number of workouts I'm logging taking bootcamp into account + still playing tennis 2x per week.

The women I'm working out with are great. They are all really nice and very encouraging. I like the days we do upper body weights and abs - the harder days for me are the "field of screams" and speed runs. Field of screams feels like football camp. Some crazy exercise in the middle of the football field and then run a lap around the track. 8 exercises and 8 laps later, I was wiped.

Even though he doesn't read my blog, I'd like to do a shout out to my hubby! He's been very supportive of me and has been awesome helping out with the kids in the am while I workout. Love you!

Oh, and the boys...
Whenever I come home after my workout, Raja says = "You're stinky, get in the shower and take me to school." wow...
